  • Business name, job title, industry
  • Details about your technology needs (submitted via forms, email, or phone)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and provide services

4. SMS, Phone Calls & AI-Assisted Communications

With your prior express written consent, we may contact you at the phone number you provide using:

  • Text messages (SMS/MMS), including automated messages
  • Phone calls, including calls using artificial or AI-generated voices
  • These communications may include both informational and marketing content

Consent is not required to purchase any services or schedule a discovery call.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out anytime: Reply STOP to any text message, or contact us at contact@evostack.co. We honor any reasonable opt-out request — you don’t need to use a specific keyword. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

AI disclosure: If we use an AI voice agent to call you, we will disclose this at the beginning of the call.

We retain records of your consent (timestamp, form URL, language shown, and phone number) for the duration of our relationship plus four years, as required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227).

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may receive your data:

  • Calendly — scheduling (name, email, meeting details)
  • Vercel — website hosting (IP address, page requests)
  • Google Analytics — website analytics (anonymized IP, browsing behavior)
  • Email service provider — transactional and marketing email (name, email)

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for:

California residents (CCPA)

If we meet CCPA applicability thresholds, California residents have additional rights under Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100–199, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Oregon residents (OCPA)

Oregon residents may have rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (ORS 646A.570–589), including the right to request a list of all third parties to whom we disclose personal data.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you have concerns about data security, contact us at contact@evostack.co.

In the event of a security breach involving personal information, we will notify affected individuals and, where required, the Washington State Attorney General, consistent with applicable law including RCW 19.255.010.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our services are designed for businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via email or a notice on the Site). Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
